I had the most wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel in a great location. The service at Villa Katy was excellent, with Sonia and Silvia going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assist me with any needs I had. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options for all types of travelers. The room I upgraded to was modern and spacious, with a fantastic shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Bardolino, Lazise, and a slightly longer walk to Garda. I even received helpful advice from Sonia before my trip on how to get to the hotel easily from the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway and will definitely return when I visit Lake Garda again.

All was perfect.

The hotel was modern and clean, with a stunning sea view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and bathroom. The hotel also offered a secure garage for parking. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, perfect for enjoying breakfast and sunbathing. The location was excellent, within a short walk to the charming town center and reasonably priced.

Room met the criteria. Hotel provided us with a free Wi Fi. Recommend the venue.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel on the coast of beautiful Lake Garda in Italy and it exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional - the prices were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was superb. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The basic amenities were all there, with lovely touches throughout the rooms, including a large balcony where I could enjoy the stunning views. And last but not least, breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight of each morning, with a delicious spread of food and a breathtaking panorama.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Katy for a week as a newly engaged couple. The sisters who run the place were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about the area. The room was always clean and the air conditioning was brilliant. The hotel has a beautiful location on the edge of a pretty town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had excellent security measures. It was a fantastic base for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding areas. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, friendly and gave us brilliant suggestions of things to do in the surrounding area. The breakfast had a great choice of fresh fruit and ingredients, and the view from the breakfast room was splendid. The location was perfect, very close to the lake with its stunning views, and with its own pool and bar, we had everything we needed at the hotel.

The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of upgrade options, so we didn't get a room that opened out to the pool. , we would have preferred more information about the options and costs for underground car parking, and more consistent security measures.
